The 2009 International Tree Drawing Competiton

Visitors gather at the old Dunkeld Station on Sunday August the 2nd to see who would be crowned the 2009 international tree drawing champion.

Hamilton Art Gallery Director, Danny McOwan, had the difficult task of selecting the winning work from a total of 134 entries, which were submitted by professional artists and art enthusiasts from across Victoria.
The winner would be awarded $300 cash, courtesy of Glenelg Hopkins CMA, as well as receiving the beautifully carved 2009 ITDC trophey.
Dunkeld residents turn out in droves to await the Danny McOwan's announcement of the winning works.
