Wire It Up: Community Sculpture Project

Following a very successful weekend workshop over the Discover Dunkeld weekend (October 22-24, 2010) Hamilton Artist Alison Eggleton wired together countless sculptural pieces, created by the community from household waste, to construct a finished installation which can currently be seen at OTR Gallery, Dunkeld.




This interactive project brought the wider regional community and me as the artist together to collaborate in the art making process. The sculpture installation which invigorated the gallery space was a culmination of everyones efforts to explore working with wire and recycled materials.
